Periodic Testing and Inspection

Such testing should be carried out at regular intervals on all properties and places of work. The maximum length of time between each Inspection is determined by the primary function of the property. Testing is also to become a legal requirement for all landlords renting out residential properties. We specialise in Testing in all industry sectors, varying from homes and blocks of flats to commercial areas, Offices and Schools.

Portable Appliance Testing

Such testing is also to become a legal requirement for property letting, with appliances such as kettles and toasters requiring formal testing on a regular basis. Furthermore, business premises will be subject to requirements of Insurance Companies to have equipment tested regularly. Portable Appliance Testing is offered at extremely competitive prices.
